Determining the Cause of Accidents After a Single Car Accident
For the family member of a person who dies in an accident like this, determining what happened can be a critical part of the process. Police will investigate and consider factors such as intoxication, falling asleep at the wheel, or distraction. Looking at all the data, they will try to piece together what happened while seeking witness statements as well.
When families need more information or when there is a situation in which the evidence points to someone else being at fault, it is critical to bring in your own legal team to pursue additional research.
