According to police reports, the collision occurred at the intersection of Unionville Pike and Manheim Philadelphia Auto Auction. When police arrived, they found one vehicle overturned with a person trapped inside. It took fire crews some time to stabilize the vehicle to access the victim. Another person was trapped in the other vehicle.

Emergency crews from several agencies responded to the incident, and the area was closed to motorists while rescue and cleanup work took place. It is unclear what caused the accident to occur, or the condition of those within the vehicles after extraction.

How an Attorney Can Help in These Situations

Hiring a car accident lawyer is a critical investment in accidents like these. Victims must prove who was at fault, and then seek fair compensation for the losses they incurred. Evidence becomes a critical part of the discussion. An attorney will have a network of resources to help you, including the ability to gather medical records, dashboard camera shots, and accident reconstruction. They will also calculate all of the losses you have, ensuring you have a justified claim.
