Single Car Accidents and Losses

Victims in a single-car accident may be able to seek compensation from the at-fault party that caused their incident if they can demonstrate that someone else was at fault. For example, another driver may have run them off the side of the road. The driver may have overcorrected while trying to steer clear of an animal. In other cases, single car riders may suffer serious injuries because the city failed to maintain safe road conditions. A mechanic could be at fault if they failed to properly secure a tire. The list of possibilities is endless.
