Determining the Cause of Accidents After a Single Car Accident

For the family member of a person who dies in an accident like this, determining what happened can be a critical part of the process. Police will investigate and consider factors such as intoxication, falling asleep at the wheel, or distraction. Looking at all the data, they will try to piece together what happened while seeking witness statements as well.

When families need more information or when there is a situation in which the evidence points to someone else being at fault, it is critical to bring in your own legal team to pursue additional research. Often, having an attorney pursue legal action for you can help you get answers to even the most challenging questions.

At Kwartler Manus, our car accident lawyers work with victims and, in fatal situations, victim families to get answers. If you need help finding out what happened in your case, contact our legal team.
