Head-On Collision Investigations Take Time
When a head-on investigation occurs, law enforcement must consider all details from the scene, witness statements, and other data to help them determine who was in the right and who was not. Proving that one driver had the right to enter an intersection, for example, and another failed to provide that access can be challenging. Police will use forensic evidence at the scene and information from witnesses to build a case for what took place.
